Using a Pacuzzi to reheat leftovers, tv-dinners, or premade foods helps to maintain moisture, improve texture, preserve nutrients, and avoid the degradation often caused by other reheating methods. It offers a convenient, healthy, and effective way to revive and enjoy your leftovers as if they were freshly made.

What makes the Pacuzzi™ different from other reheating methods?

Simple: Traditional reheating methods fail to restore the fresh taste we love. Basic air fryers are only good for air frying. Conventional ovens further dry out our food. If you believe your Pacuzzi is defective, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details for assistance with a replacement or refund.

Why is my Pacuzzi Leaking?

To ensure your Pacuzzi doesn't leak, start with a clean, non-porous pan. Attach the Pacuzzi firmly by applying pressure inside the pan. The Pacuzzi's suction cup technology is designed to hold water securely inside. If the Pacuzzi doesn't stick properly and you experience leaks, your pan might be warped. Check the bottom of your pan for signs of bowing to see if your pan is damaged.

What is the that white residue in my pan?

If you see a white residue inside your pan after cooking with the Pacuzzi®, try using distilled or bottled water. Depending on where you live, hard water can leave traces of calcium inside your pan. This is safe and not harmful, but if you prefer to avoid it, simply use distilled or bottled water instead.
